Safari Tents

  • Rustic canvas tents with either 2 or 4 beds.
  • Like camping but with beds.
  • Communal ablutions, communal kitchen.


Standard Bungalow

  • A round basic bungalow with either 2 or 3 beds, bathroom en-suite.
  • Some have a kitchenette, others share a communal kitchen.


Chalet with river view

  • Chalet with either a double bed or two single beds (note the double beds are limited).
  • Bathroom en-suite, kitchenette and air-conditioning.


Terms and Conditions


Payment Policy

FULL PAYMENT is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the conference. – 7th March 2017

We are working with the Kruger National Park on this conference and have to abide by their policies. We have been asked to release any accommodation, not booked and paid for, 6 weeks before the conference start date. Therefore there is no way we can hold accommodation without payment. Space is limited, and the park reserves the right to ask us to release accommodation in advance.

Going Africa Conferencing reserves the right to cancel your accommodation booking should payment not be received on or before this date.

Going Africa Conferencing adheres to, and is bound by, the cancellation policies of all relevant establishments and service providers who we do business with. On behalf of the delegate, we will look to recover the maximum amount possible in the event of a cancellation. Below is a guideline on the terms and conditions regarding a cancellation:

Should cancellation occur less than 6 weeks prior to the due date of the conference opening, then the client (delegate) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Although Going Africa Conferencing will do everything in its power to try and refund the delegate in the event of a cancellation, it is company policy that no refunds will be given less than 6 weeks prior to the event.


We recommend that you purchase comprehensive health and travel insurance that covers you if you have to unexpectedly cancel your booking. It is also recommended that you take out a personal travel insurance policy that will cover you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances while travelling in South Africa.
